Barry’s passion is to help Christian leaders “lighten the step” in their lives and ministries through exploring and developing their creative gifts. He has enjoyed many fruitful years of ministry as a pastor, educator, and mentor. Whether as a mentor, conference speaker, theology professor, or workshop facilitator, Barry’s commitment is to help Christians tap into the treasures of beauty and creative expression through the arts, particularly poetry. He believes discovering these treasures is vital to the spiritual and emotional health of our Christian leaders and our churches.
Barry works in both French and English, and his international ministry reaches across North America and as far as Burundi, East Africa.
Barry and his wife Laurie make their home in Nova Scotia, Canada.
