Erica serves on our Adventive staff team as our Director of Member Care and Short-Term Missions. Erica has served as a missionary with Adventive in El Salvador and desires to use her experience in missions to come alongside missionaries. Her passion is to help missionaries thrive in their vision while helping care for their well-being, to ensure longevity, and to see the gospel spread.
