Salvatore, along with is wife Francesca, works in full time evangelization ministry in Italy and internationally. He’s the coordinator of REM (www.missionerem.org) which uses different strategies to mobilize the Gospel:
- Through itinerant “Bible Buses,” offering people the opportunity to receive free Christian books, soft drinks and coffee, and have conversations about God and their faith. Many people have received Christ through this ministry!
- REM helps to come alongside new churches and to plant churches. REM is working in cities such as: Assisi, Stroppiana, Vigevano, Montenegro, and in countries such as Portugal, Bulgaria, Serbia and Ukraine.
- Salvo is also involved in Christian training to churches and intentional mission mobilization through conferences and mission intensive courses.
- REM now has added 1 boat to their outreach fleet, offering outreach to the Venice lagoon islands and southern islands surrounding Italy.
